By creating an account, accessing, or using MyProfitPulsePro™, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

MyProfitPulsePro™ is a restaurant cost management platform that helps restaurants track food costs, labor costs, liquor costs, COGS, and inventory management. Our services include:

• Cost tracking and analytics
• Inventory management tools
• Financial reporting and dashboards
• Training modules and educational content
• AI-powered recommendations

3. User Accounts

Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per restaurant location
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account

Account Responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Trial Period

• 14-day free trial with no credit card required
• Full access to platform features during trial
• Trial automatically expires unless upgraded

Paid Subscriptions

• Professional: $89/month or $79/month annually
• Pro Manager Training: $129/month or $109/month annually
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Refunds and Cancellation

• Cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds for partial months
• Access continues until end of current billing period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to compete with us

6. Data and Privacy

• Your restaurant data remains your property
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not share your data without permission

7. Intellectual Property

• MyProfitPulsePro™ and all related content are our property
• You receive a limited license to use our platform

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee availability
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• You use the service at your own risk
