ProfitPulse is a restaurant cost management platform that provides:

• Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) tracking and analytics
• Inventory management across multiple categories
• Financial reporting and recommendations
• Educational content and training modules

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

ProfitPulse offers subscription-based services with the following terms:

• Professional Plan: $89/month or $908/year
• Pro Manager Training: $129/month or $1,318/year
• 14-day free trial available for new subscribers
• Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

5. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy:

• Free trial cancellations incur no charges
• Paid subscriptions may be cancelled with immediate effect
• No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

6. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data:

• You retain ownership of all data you input
