ProfitPulse is a restaurant cost management platform that provides:
- Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) tracking and analytics
- Inventory management across multiple categories
- Financial reporting and recommendations
- Educational content and training modules
3. User Accounts and Registration
To use our Service, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
ProfitPulse offers subscription-based services with the following terms:
- Professional Plan: $89/month or $908/year
- Pro Manager Training: $129/month or $1,318/year
- 14-day free trial available for new subscribers
- Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
5. Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy:
- Free trial cancellations incur no charges
- Paid subscriptions may be cancelled with immediate effect
- No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
6. Data Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your data:
